HZad Education Inc. is committed to providing high quality educational products and services. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.Â
1. Digital Courses
All HZad Education self paced courses are digital products.
30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on our self-paced courses.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 30 calendar days of the original purchase date.
To request a refund, please contact us at [email protected] with your order details.
Refund requests submitted after 30 days from the purchase date are not eligible.
2. Live Classes and One-on-One Lessons
All purchases of:
- Live group classes
- One-on-one tutoring
- Coaching sessions
- Private consultations
- Teacher marking services
are non-refundable once purchased.
If HZad Education cancels a scheduled class or session and is unable to provide an alternative, a refund or credit may be issued at our discretion.
3. Subscription Products
For recurring subscription products:
- You may cancel your subscription at any time.
- Cancellation prevents future billing.
- Refunds are not provided for billing periods that have already been charged unless required by applicable law.
If a refund is approved, it applies only to the current billing period and does not automatically refund previous subscription payments.
4. Duplicate Charges
If you were accidentally charged more than once for the same purchase, please contact us within 30 days.
Verified duplicate transactions will be fully refunded.
5. Technical Issues
If you experience technical problems accessing your course, please contact our support team before requesting a refund.
We will make reasonable efforts to restore access or resolve technical issues promptly.
6. Unauthorized Transactions
If you believe your payment was made fraudulently or without your authorization, please contact us immediately at [email protected].
7. Processing Time
Approved refunds are generally processed within 8 to 10 business days.
Actual processing times depend on your payment provider or financial institution.
8. Returns
Because all HZad Education products are delivered digitally, physical returns are not applicable.
No physical goods are shipped as part of our standard products or services.
