How It Works for Employers — In Detail

  • Step 1: Share your needs. You meet our HZAD expert to outline your tools, systems, and job duties.
  • Step 2: Candidate selection. We present a shortlist of screened candidates (Fellows). You interview and choose who you want trained.
  • Step 3: Escrow protection. You place a refundable deposit guaranteeing the hire once training is complete. If you don’t proceed, the deposit funds the student’s refund.
  • Step 4: Custom training plan. Our instructors train your chosen Fellow only on the exact workflows you provide—no fluff, no unnecessary theory.
  • Step 5: Weekly progress demos. You get regular updates on the Fellow’s progress, including short video or report updates.
  • Step 6: Handover and hire. Once the Fellow passes HZAD’s internal assessment, they join your team ready to work.
  • Step 7: Ongoing support. The trainer remains available for light mentoring during the first few weeks to ensure smooth onboarding.
